从升旗山脚（Air Itam ) 上山的徒步小径，是一个远足者相当热爱的选择，这里让我们找到平静，是激发心灵的好地方。

Air Itam hiking trails is one of the popular destination for nature lover, Eco-tourism is becoming coutry main attraction for tourist.  Penang is a place we can find many hiking trails to Penang hill.  The trails here is peaceful, the enviroment may inspire your mind.

一路上竹林茂盛，白云飘飘，山林重重。

一颗颗青笋在募雾对照下，就像一张张的水墨画。

山林重重在云海里像似一座座的岛屿。

每条小径都是经过乡间田野。

美丽的乡田，忍不住想多停留一下。

半山腰的歇脚地，一座神坛。

好凉爽的休息地，凉风徐徐

好怪的洞口和舵背的树

路上还经过揽车轨道

还可发现古董旧揽车轮

我们就在夏日当下慢慢悠悠的徒步回家

# Bukit Dumbar 日落洞公园 （ 跨年编 2010 to 2011 )

1st day of 2011,  as part of my daily life, I used to go to have a morning execise at Taman Bukit Dumbar.  This is one of the best garden I am able to feel the 1st sunlight of the day.  There is a said " A year started from Spring, A day started from the morning" .  Taman Bukit Dumbar is a place for me to start the year 2011 with the fresh air, the cool dew and follow with warm sunshine from the east. Today I am also say good bye to the moon spoted just over the trees which represent year 2010.

2011 年首日，像往常一样到日落洞公园晨运， 这是槟岛唯一最方便感受到晨曦的第一道阳光，一年之计在于春，一日之计在于晨。 这地方让我开始2011年的旅程，这里有清新德的空气，晶莹剔透的干露，还有那温暖的晨曦， 今早我也送走了2010年的丽月。

8：00 am ( Sun light 曙光 )

8：15 am ( jogging track )

8: 20 am ( park view )

There are various execise facilities in the park

There also a trail for morning walker.

This is a good place to have a group activities

A single jogger also love here

Plenty of chairs found every where.

日落洞花园是见不着日落但是欣赏晨曦的好地方
